Top 5 hair growth remedies at home

Hair grows where we actually do not prefer 🀭. Well! Let's quickly take a look at top best home remedies to improve hair growth. The hair growth oils that I am going to share now are simple DIY using products available in your kitchen. And yes these remedies are easily doable at home which i got it from my mom and grand  mother.

1. Castor oil-

Castor oil is one of the oils used way back by our ancestors for various uses such as cleansing and healing, preserving seeds.Castor oil has many essential fatty acids along with ricinoleic acid helps in keeping lice at bay. Hence helping the scalp clean and anti fungal. Massaging your scalp    With warm castor oil helps improves blood circulation carrying all essential nutrients to the roots.
Usage- Heat the oil so it thins and becomes easy to apply.
Note- Pure castor oil will be thick sticky brown in color. Do not boil/ over heat the oil.

2. Onions-
This vegetable is a star aiding in hair growth. Sulphur presence in onions stimulates the scalp and blood circulation leading hair growth. Except for it strong pungent smell, onions help in hair growth and gives a lustrous texture to your hair.
Vitamin A D C and B6 helps in balancing the sebum production at the hair follicles.
Usage- Peel off the onion skin and cut them into pieces and blend, filter the juice using a Muslim clothe/ coffee filter. Use a spray bottle for easy application.

3. Ginger and curry leaves with coconut oil-

Back in 2014 I found that ginger helps in hair growth on you tube. And I personalised coconut oil along with ginger and curry leaves.
Not sure how ginger aids hair growth but I am using it for last 4 years now and it works wonders.
Curry leaves being a spice can be used for hair growth. Since these two ingredients are old it’s quite hard to know what of their properties help hair growth. All we need is a hair growth serum.
Usage- Ginger 100 grams+ curry leaves 100 grams and blend them together without water into a fine course. Heat 500 grams of coconut oil in very low flame and add this paste and stir until oil turns light green and switch off the flame immediately. Cool down and filter the oil to remove the paste. This oil can be used for up to 3 months from preparation.

4. Coconut oil-
I could say it’s used as an all purpose oil, people use this across the globe for cooking   healing and a beauty product. Off course Coconut oil is commonly used for hair growth but for best results heat up the oil a little and give your scalp a gentle massage for better blood circulation.
The sweet aroma is an added advantage.
Contains vitamin A D C B6 .

5. Amla-
Also known as Indian gooseberry. I wonder the name goose is derived because it gives you goose bumps when you taste it πŸ˜‚. This great fruit fights fungus as it has vitamin B complex and vitamin C helping to reduce dandruff. Due to its thin consistency it’s easy to apply and gives a very shiny texture to your hair. Overall it helps in giving you healthy hair.
